Presenting iRoad at the HK Tech 300 Innovation & Entrepreneurship Roadshow
During my postdoctoral research at City University of Hong Kong (CityU), I represented iRoad as **Project Leader ** at the HK Tech 300 × HKSTP Co-incubation Programme Roadshow. The event was organised by the CityU Shenzhen Research Institute , bringing together selected teams to pitch their innovations to industry experts and incubation partners.
On stage, I delivered the project pitch “iRoad: Integrated Solution for Smart Management and Maintenance of Urban Roads” (iRoad: 城市道路智慧管养一体化解决方案), presenting how iRoad applies AI, smartphone sensing, and digital twin technology to monitor road surface conditions and ride quality across motorways, footpaths, and cycleways—supporting predictive maintenance and smarter infrastructure decision-making for commercial and government stakeholders.
